AlyCat apologised to the Council for her lack of presence, due to many reasons.
Afterwards, SneakySkeleton asked the council if they would forgive Aly, given unfortunate timezone circumstances. No matter the consensus, AlyCat was nominated at the end of the meeting and is back on the council. (spoiler for the end of the notes, ''if you get that far'')
 

===Command Time!===
SneakySkeleton and the council proposed many different methods of making it easier for our non-UK players to tell the time of a meeting. This included changes to !nextmeeting, a countdown timer, a new UK time command, among others. Scribes should be informative of time zone changes when they are approaching. So to be a good scribe, I'm informing you that the next time zone change is on the 27th of October 2019! No need to worry for now.
 

===Border Tunnel Speeding===
AlyCat seems to have been having issues after going too fast down the border tunnels; so fast that chunks aren't loading. This results in a player having fallen through the floor and slowly floating down to their potential death. Aly asked for the floor to be made thicker, or for lava to be covered so no items are lost in the event of death. It will be looked into.
