==Topics==
===Halloween Event===
Unlike the previos two years, where the Halloween Event has been a very rushed
people have actually remembered that it needs to be done. Let planning commence!
Hominix will post a topic where people can organise ideas and plan. NeedsMoreTNT has
volenteered to lead the project, and Wolvergal, Acerprospy, RageSquid and MsKizz have offered
to help as well. Any help is of course very... well helpful, and appreciated.

===Jungle Ex-Warp===
NeedsMoreTNT has decided to step down from the position of Jungle Mayor and let somebody else
take control who has more vision of what the warp could become. NeedsMoreTNT's successful
mayorship saw the warp was tidied up very well. BengalBoi was voted in as
the new Mayor, with no opposition. There was much rejoicing.

===Community Nether Farm and Blaze Farm===
After a short discussion about the Nether Farm being as fast as possibile already, it
was pointed out that there is a public Blaze farm built by Pettmol if people need
Blaze Rods. There is currently not a clear tunnel to it, ask Homi or Pettmol for directions.

===Spawn Tidiness===
It was suggested some of the areas near spawn with very old unfinished builds be tidied up.
No clear conclusion.

==Nominations==
NeedsMoreTNT and Zair5 were nominated. With a very small margin, NeedsMoreTNT was voted in.
Welcome to the council!

==Next Meeting==
Wolvergal is hosting the next meeting on the 8th of October.

==New Regulations==
Regulations to deal with tie breaks in voting have been introduced.
First, the member present has prority. If both are present the player with the most hours
wins. If even hours are the same... we'll see when that happens.
Additionally, players must now be at least Zedling in order to be a member of the council.
