We discussed everyone's enjoyment of Skygrid, that opened yesterday! There has already been several bases set up with a few paths linking to a hub at 0,0. Be sure to check it out via the lobby!<br />

Zed also mentioned the 'parrotglue' is active, so any parrots you may find will not immediately fly off your shoulder as soon as you even think about moving. Hooray! He also will investigate the seeming reports of people teleporting whilst breaking slabs, and beds/nether portals sending you wildly elsewhere. All sounds like good clean chaos to me!<br />

===Beginner Farm - Darthduck===
Darthduck let the council know that the farm is going great! No recent tomfoolery to report, which is very good news.<br />
There should also be some news coming [i]soon[/i] about the wall decorating event that's been in the works! Aiming for April; watch this space! <br />

===Skygrid pt. 2===
Following a small vote party (and some minor compliments to Zed about his ability to defeat/bewilder captchas with a trackpad), there was brief thonking about whether other game modes post-Skygrid would be an option. Potential ideas were a small mini-biome world, or a floating world =O. Dax suggested an inverse Skygrid, where every 4 blocks there is air. The possibilities are unliterally endless! Zed asked that people let him know if they have other ideas for potential future event-worlds; he wrote this Skygrid code from scratch, so a snazzy idea could be brought to life! <br />

The council meets bi-weekly to discuss matters important to the community. These may include proposed events, modifying or creating the infrastructure (The Market, Nether Hub, railways, funds etc.), or hassling Zed to change how the server is run. Council members are voted in by existing members. There is currently a limit of 20 members of the council at any one time, with places opening up as existing members become inactive.

Once a member receives their second strike, they will be removed from the Council.
