SneakySkeleton (formerly SneakySkeleton21) has been playing on Zedwork since early 2014, mainly sticking to the [[LVS]] server. Sneaky is one of the Zriends on the LVS server.

==History==
===LVS===
SneakySkeleton joined LVS in February/March 2014, when the LVS server was on 1.7. He joined alone, eager to gear up and begin building. After finding a quiet forest to build in, Sneaky began to build his Forest Base, which has always remained his main base. 
Sneaky frequented the Zedwork LVS server and was one of the lucky Zedlings to have been invited to the newly formed [[Zedling Council]] in September 2014. He remains a council member to this day. 
SneakySkeleton was made a [[Zriend]] by [[Zedwick]] on the 4th of October 2014, after having helped Mafoo_the_Mad (formerly MafooUK) with the first nether hub expansion, and general hub maintenance.
===Zurvival===
SneakySkeleton first logged on the [[Zurvival]] server the same day he joined LVS, however did not officially start playing there until early 2015. Sneaky ventured out from a faraway region and founded the Astorath region. Whilst being a fairly infrequent player on the server, Sneaky was invited to join [[Zedkins]] in mid-2017.

Sneaky's Forest Base was first created in early 2014 and has always remained to be Sneaky's main base. The base is home to Sneaky's Mob Arena, a 300x100 darkroom for fighting mobs in. Sneaky's Forest Base can be accessed from the Blue/Brown wing of the Main Nether HUB, the West Border tunnel, or the End tunnel.

Formerly a Castle base, Sneaky tore the base down and started anew, changing the purpose to house his villagers. The base has villagers which anyone who is invited can trade with. It houses all types of villagers, with the hopes of offering the best trades possible. 
This town contains a mix of adapted builds and some of SneakySkeleton's original builds. Any adapted builds are credited with a sign somewhere on the building.

Sneakyskeleton: Added Running of Market rules section

The Market, located on the north-east edge of the LVS spawn town, is an area where [[Zedling|Zedlings]] and above ranks may trade with each other. New players cannot access the area and will be teleported out of the area if they attempt to go into it. The market is a protected area, where only [[Zriends]] are able to place or break blocks (with the exception of certain special market items). The Market was originally run by [[_Laurens_]], but the day to day running and maintenance of the market is now handled by the Zriends.

The Market is divided into different areas for selling different things, such as the blacksmith (for weapons and armour), food store, woodshop, valuables, and more, allowing for the trade of any item to take place.

ABP wished to raise issues regarding server voting (vote now if you haven't). This included out of date banners, and some text which may need updating on the voting websites. Also, !vote does not list all of the sites of which LVS is situated on.
When it comes to banners, Zed said he is interested in seeing some banner designs from people, which (if you want) can be version-specific, but some also non-version-specific banners would be prefered.
Finally, another reminder to vote for LVS; let's get some new people on the server!

===River Bend Iron Farm ===
Soopr announced from the forums that the River Bend iron farm has been fixed up and is ready to be used again. He also reminded everyone to vote, so go vote if you ignored the suggestion to go vote earlier in the notes (you better not have).

===Regeneration of the Oceans ===
Timoteey asked about the Ocean Regen script. There are no updates current-ly but it has not been buried in the sand; more immediate concerns have taken priority. Additionally, some parts of the script will have to be re-written to account for the changes in 1.15 to the world format.

===Events===
Due to current world events, everyone should be inside a little more often, and therefore some events on the server would be very helpful to entertain us during our spare time. Side note: please stay safe, wash your hands and make sure everyone around you is okay.
We have ZestyGames on the server, which can be run by any of the Zesties at any time. Some are currently broken, however there are still a good selection to choose from. We collectively suggested that we use the forums (or !requestnotice) to pick times for events to get the most involved at once. We decided at the meeting our first event will be held on Wednesday (25th) at 8pm GMT, it will be a game of AdvancementHunters. We hope to see you there!

Zedwick has provided us with a new server, called Plotzy! It is a creative plot server, for which you can build redstone builds, creative masterpieces and all sorts. ===Topic 2: Villager Breeding Datapack - Zedwick===
After the previous meeting's discussion on the issue, Zedwick and Dax23333 have been working very hard on a datapack which would allow villagers to breed after the 1.14.4 update. Due to changes within the update, villagers could no longer breed with the mobGriefing gamerule being set to false (which is the case on LVS).
To allow your villagers to breed, you need to throw either beetroot, potatoes, bread or carrots at a villager. The villager must also have enough beds in a village to allow them to breed.
On behalf of the council and all of the Zedlings, a great big thanks to Zedwick and Dax for making this work!

SneakySkeleton and the council proposed many different methods of making it easier for our non-UK players to tell the time of a meeting. AlyCat seems to have been having issues after going too fast down the border tunnels; so fast that chunks aren't loading. This results in a player having fallen through the floor and slowly floating down to their potential death. Aly asked for the floor to be made thicker, or for lava to be covered so no items are lost in the event of death. It will be looked into.

All Council Members are expected to abide by these codes. The codes are enforced by the Host of the meeting, and the Council itself. If any of these codes are violated during a meeting, the Host is obligated to warn the violating member or issue a strike against them (in exception of codes with mandatory pre-strike warnings) The Council Code of Conduct is enforced with a Two-Strike Policy. Once a member receives their second strike, they will be removed from the Council. The Council may vote to remove a member's strike if they wish to forgive/pardon a member's actions (if the member has shown remorse for their violation, and indicates they will not violate the Code of Conduct again) or if the Council disagrees with the Host's decision to issue the strike. The Scribe volunteers at the beginning of a meeting. They are responsible for documenting the meeting, discussions held and decisions made. This is for the benefit of absent council members and for future reference. These 'notes' also include the attendance of the meeting: council members are recorded for the purposes of maintaining accurate attendance strikes; guest attendance is also included to keep a record of non-members who are regularly interested in council affairs. Once the notes are completed, the scribe is responsible for adding these to the appropriate wiki page and making a forum thread for the next meeting's agenda (see regulation 2)

The council meets bi-weekly to discuss matters important to the community; these may include proposed events, modifying or creating the infrastructure (The Market, Nether Hub, railways, funds etc.), or hassling Zed to change how the server is run. # Council Meetings are run by the host, who is responsible for selecting the location and organising the schedule for the meeting. A new host is elected each meeting. [Referenced 2014-04-14]

== The Council Code of Conduct ==

=== Expectations and Responsibilities of the Council ===
All Council Members are expected to abide by these codes. The codes are enforced by the Host of the meeting, and the Council itself. If any of these codes are violated during a meeting, the Host is obligated to warn the violating member or issue a strike against them (in exception of codes with mandatory pre-strike warnings) The Council Code of Conduct is enforced with a Two-Strike Policy. Once a member receives their second strike, they will be removed from the Council. The Council may vote to remove a member's strike if they wish to forgive/pardon a member's actions (if the member has shown remorse for their violation, and indicates they will not violate the Code of Conduct again) or if the Council disagrees with the Host's decision to issue the strike. The recipient of the strike may raise a topic during the next meeting to apologize and ask the Council to vote if they wish to appeal the strike. [Created 2016-01-02]

The Host is responsible for maintaining order during the meeting, and is expected to use their judgement and work with the rest of the Council to enforce the Code of Conduct. === Expectations and Responsibilities of the Scribe ===
The Scribe volunteers at the beginning of a meeting. They are responsible for documenting the meeting, discussions held and decisions made. This is for the benefit of absent council members and for future reference. These 'notes' also include the attendance of the meeting: council members are recorded for the purposes of maintaining accurate attendance strikes; guest attendance is also included to keep a record of non-members who are regularly interested in council affairs. Once the notes are completed, the scribe is responsible for adding these to the appropriate wiki page and making a forum thread for the next meeting's agenda (see regulation 2)

# All Council members shall follow all server rules, and are generally expected to act as model community members. Council members shall discuss topics in a respectful and civil manner. SneakySkeleton and the council proposed many different methods of making it easier for our non-UK players to tell the time of a meeting. This included changes to !nextmeeting, a countdown timer, a new UK time command, among others. Scribes should be informative of time zone changes when they are approaching. So to be a good scribe, I'm informing you that the next time zone change is on the 27th of October 2019! No need to worry for now.
 

===Border Tunnel Speeding===
AlyCat seems to have been having issues after going too fast down the border tunnels; so fast that chunks aren't loading. This results in a player having fallen through the floor and slowly floating down to their potential death. Aly asked for the floor to be made thicker, or for lava to be covered so no items are lost in the event of death. It will be looked into.

Sneaky's Forest Base can be accessed from the Blue/Brown wing of the Main Nether HUB, the West Border tunnel, or the End tunnel.

The Market, located on the north-east edge of the LVS spawn town, is an area where [[Zedling|Zedlings]] and above ranks may trade with each other. New players cannot access the area, and will be teleported out of the area if they attempt to go into it. The market is a protected area, where only [[Zriends]] are able to place or break blocks (with the exception of certain special market items). The Market was originally run by [[_Laurens_]], but the day to day running and maintenance of the market is now handled by the Zriends.

All Council Members are expected to abide by these codes. The codes are enforced by the Host of the meeting, and the Council itself. If any of these codes are violated during a meeting, the Host is obligated to warn the violating member or issue a strike against them (in exception of codes with mandatory pre-strike warnings) The Council Code of Conduct is enforced with a Two-Strike Policy. Once a member receives their second strike, they will be removed from the Council. The Council may vote to remove a member's strike if they wish to forgive/pardon a member's actions (if the member has shown remorse for their violation, and indicates they will not violate the Code of Conduct again) or if the Council disagrees with the Host's decision to issue the strike. These 'notes' also include the attendance of the meeting: council members are recorded for the purposes of maintaining accurate attendance strikes; guest attendance is also included to keep a record of non-members who are regularly interested in council affairs. Once the notes are completed, the scribe is responsible for adding these to the appropriate wiki page and making a forum thread for the next meeting's agenda (see regulation 2)

===II - Mayoral Activity and Lack Thereof - ThatNurd ===
Due to recent events regarding ForestHills, mayor activity was called into question. There were about fourty-five questions, and fourty-five thousand answers. Eventually there was some clarity, and we decided the following:
 
A two-week standard is held to all mayors, based on the !lastseen command. If a mayor comes up as not seen in two weeks, then a cycle begins. The first meeting it is noted, and the second meeting it is checked again. If they still remain inactive, then they are removed, pending a new mayor election. Any co-mayor is removed along with them. We passed three votes on mayors.
 
 
 
VOTE PASSED: If a mayor is checked with !lastseen to not have been active for 2 weeks at the time of a meeting, the meeting afterwards the council checks once more, and if the situation the mayor is declared inactive, and if the situation the mayor is declared inactive, and removed.
 
 
VOTE PASSED: Co-Mayors are to be removed with the mayor, regardless of the co-mayor's activity.
 
 
VOTE PASSED: An election is triggered when a mayor is removed from an active warp town.
 
 
 

This topic also went into caretakers, and what they do. Spectatre, the current caretaker (caring for Jungle warp and Swamp warp) deals with player issues, and repairs occasional damage. We passed one vote on caretakers.
 
 
 
VOTE PASSED: Prior to a new mayor being elected, a caretaker is assigned to maintain the quality of the warp and answer player queries.
 
 
 
Unanswered questions for next meeting: How many caretakers? How are caretakers appointed? Do we assign an extra caretaker for active towns when it is between mayors?
