=== Market Suggestions ===
The Market near Spawn has been renovated, but the Zriends wanted to know if there were any further suggestions or ideas for the Market. The main suggestion was to make the process of setting up a personal shop easier for people. The Zriends are working on a better way to handle shop claiming less reliant on high sales. A line of glass in spawn leading to the Market was considered, but it was determined that would be frustrating for newly joined players wandering around spawn who would be denied access to the Market.

=== Mob Limit ===
Zed was asked about raising the 1 block mob limit (a system that causes animals to die if there are too many of them in 1 block at any given time). Zedwick explained that the system is designed to prevent laggy 1-block clusters of mobs, and that sometimes, mobs' feeding AI causes them to bunch up in a corner and trigger the mob limiter. To avoid this, separate your animals within their pens with fences or other blocks to make sure too many don't occupy a single space.

=== Elytra Distribution ===
The Guardians have recovered several ill-gotten Elytras from a banned player and wish to distribute them in a fair and fun way! Previous suggestions have been: prizes for a scavenger hunt, prizes for a buildoff, prizes for a puzzle challenge, or to be distributed by Zriends as rewards to players who help with future community builds. Zedwick had the idea of creating a long, difficult elytra course to earn an elytra, as an alternative for searching in the End - Players would temporarily be given an elytra when they warp to the area, and would be given only a certain number of tries per week. If you fail, or leave the area, the elytra is taken from your inventory and you are returned to spawn. This idea was well received, and the details may be changed slightly if it is chosen.

=== Voting Rewards ===
We want to help you help Zedwork get to the top of the server lists where it belongs! The council discussed ideas for small rewards for voting for Zedwork (!vote in game and click the links to get to the voting pages). A 1-3 Diamond payment was suggested, but most thought this was a bit too valuable for a vote reward. Custom Heads were also suggested, but some players thought this was too fancy or non-survival. Bread, steak and fireworks were also among the suggestions. Zedwick mentioned his ambition to add single player games to [[ZestyGames]] and add the ability to host private games, and possibly give tokens for these games to zedlings for voting for Zedwork on those sites.

=== BlockLog Plugin ===
EarthCow suggested the possible use of the BlockLog, a plugin that logs block placement, possibly making grief investigation easier. Some players were turned off by the idea as the use of plugins would make LVS non-vanilla. Zedwick explained that his vanilla logging system serves the same purpose.

=== End Farm Crop Farm ===
[[BigBuilderAl]] suggested that he add a crop farm to the End Farm area for players running low on food or staying extended periods of time in the End. The council agreed this was a good idea as long as it is lit up and out of the way of the existing facilities.

The Savannah Springs Warp is currently the most recently opened Warp Town on [[LVS]], despite its origins as one of the oldest warps. The warp is located in the Southeastern Quadrant (Positive X, Positive Z) in a savanna biome, situated between a desert, a swamp, an ocean bay and a birch forest. The warp opened in April of 2016 as a New Player Warp, cycling out [[Swamp]] and bumping [[Forest Hills]] up to a Zedling Warp. The original Savannah Warp was built and managed mostly by Suzie1, k1z5 and CYBORGSABBERZ. It was renovated and rebuilt into Savannah Springs by [[HOMINIX]], Suzie1, Pettmol and [[user:Dax23333|Dax23333]]. The current mayor is HOMINIX, and the current co-mayors are Dax23333 and Pettmol.

Located behind the warp pad, this Christmas Tree was built by Suzie1 before Christmas in 2014. The Christmas tree was cast from lava in a mold, then cooled with water to form into its obsidian shape.
===Suzie Head===

Originally a Christmas present from HOMINIX, the floating Suzie1 head celebrates Suzie's hard work and love for Savannah over the years.

This council hall sits atop the large hill near town center, built from acacia logs, planks and orange glass to reflect the savanna theme. It was built by HOMINIX in December 2015.

==History of Savannah==
===Origins===
Savannah was originally created as a wilderness warp, and existed as just the warp pad, with player builds peppering the general area soon after. At this time, warps didn't have mayors, thus there was little organization or city planning. Suzie1, k1z5 and CYBORGSABBERZ eventually started to organize the area somewhat, designing and building a [[Nether Hub]] and laying out some rudimentary roads.

===Retirement===
Due to Savannah being oldest active warp, and [[Zedwick]]'s desire to only have 4 active warps at a time, Savannah was retired to make way for [[Hayfever Hills]] warp. Sadly, Savannah had become virtually unused as many of its occupants had become inactive.

===Savannah Rejuvenation Mayoral Campaign===
After working on the [[Public Nether Farm]], Suzie1 discussed wanting to renovate the defunct Savannah warp with HOMINIX, seeing potential in the area's flat geography and its sparse population. Suzie1 and HOMINIX ran against fisher2760, ThatNurd and DarthDuck84. Suzie1 and HOMINIX were ultimately elected in November 2015.

===Renovation===
The new mayors started to renovate the area around the warp pad, building new roads and mapping out the region. Many abandoned or incomplete builds were demolished with permission from Zedwick to make way for new residents. A council hall was built on the hill near the center of the city, along with a large lion head, later dubbed Savannah Sam to celebrate Savannah's rebirth as Savannah Springs.

===Reopening as a New Player Warp===
After a discussion about Forest Hills becoming crowded, it was decided that it should graduate to a Zedling Warp. The council voted that Savannah Springs should become the new New Player Warp. As Suzie1 had become inactive at that time, HOMINIX appointed Pettmol and Dax2333 as co-mayors of Savannah Springs. The council approved of their appointments as co-mayors.

==Nether Hub==

The original Savannah Hub featured a large central room centered around four nether portals arranged in a cube shape, as has become tradition for Nether Hubs on the server. The hub had four small, differently colored wings branching off from the central room, each with four tunnel hookup doorways. The original hub was built, designed and managed by CYBORGSABBERS, Suzie1 and k1z5.

===Savannah Springs Hub===
The new Savannah Springs Hub features a large central room decorated with a grass floor and artificial blue sky and sun, centered around the traditional, cubic nether portal arrangement. The hub has eight differently colored wings, much like the Spawn Hub. Due to this detail, Savannah Springs Hub has the most tunnel hookups of any Warp Hub. The green wing of the Savannah Springs hub features a tunnel (designed and built by BengalBoi) that leads to Spawn Hub. The Hub was designed and built by HOMINIX, and the hub wings were built and designed by HOMINIX and Dax23333.

Below Underlake Village is an expansive base shared by HOMINIX and Pettmol containing multiple farms and an extensive mob collection.
===Deep Sea Network and 256 Tower===
HOMINIX and Pettmol also built a network of underwater domes representing different biomes, also connected to a glass tower stretching from bedrock all the way up to the build limit of y256. 256 tower serves as an Elytra jump point, and contains several levels, including a council hall.

===Anzard Home===
