I'm in Bulgaria and i'm 13 y/o so i don't have a card.

You can transfer money from your bank to paypal without having to "link" your bank account to it, just takes a few days, I'm sure your parents would do it for you if they're willing to let you donate anyway.

I understand what you mean; you know that paypal isn't an option for you, and here we are making you explain why.
I'm sure Zed will give your request of adding Webmoney due consideration - there's no point excluding payment methods for no reason, after all. Good luck, and thanks for considering donating to the server :)

As Mellori eloquently pointed out, it's not up to us how the server recive it's donations. All we can do is help you with what we know and bring up our own theories whether your suggestion would work or not.
My only quarrel with Webmoney (not having the time to actually search the info), is that it probably takes more money of from you (and Zedwork) than paypal. Any service that requires less credibility from it's customers is probably requiring more money. Also, If the service requires less credibility from it's customer, it's likely that it offer less credibility as well. Meaning that there is no guarantee that the money will actually be safe in their hands.
Note that I'm not saying that they steal money, I'm just saying that you might not get what you bargain for.
