Duckvillia a peacefull area (currently under works)

Hey everyone I wanted to tell you I have a area deep in the swamp in a unbuilt area, there is a special area called duckvillia,if you are interesting in a tour and more information please contact me on here or on the server.

Note 1 : I am thinking to keep things simple I will give you a stone to mark out the land area you are claiming so people don't claim a area you are wanting to build so that way no one steps on any one else toes to say =)

Note 2: currently we are accepting people

The currently goal: is to add small numbers of people at a time to control the influx of people and so I don't get over whelmed. the plan is simple, to get more people to come in and let them build then invite more people, who the can see where the others built and not build on there land so no one is stepping on there toes and this process will repeat until we get a small town going at which point I will request permission to make it a zedling only town. I want to do it that way cause the town does not have a real shape it is currently random house everywhere and I am OK with that. roads will be made to peoples houses and unlike other towns where it is packed I am trying to encourage players to spread out a bit but not too much but enough where they can build what they want we only ask that if you are going to do a big build to please choose a area a bit farther then normal from the town and to please warn mayor darthduck84.

Motto: No build is is ugly, all builds are made the way you want to be and that makes them beautiful.

UPDATE!

Due to questions about how to get to duckvillia I plan on taking pictures showing a step by step guide how to get there or just doing a video though I know nothing about video stuff, so I might seek out help about doing that.

I wish to welcome Duckvillia New Assistant mayor or vice mayor what ever you want to call it to duckvillia he been a great help and wish to personal give him a shout out. So thanks drsamsam If you need to ask questions about duckvillia and I am not on he will be the man to poke and ask.

Duckvillia is still accepting people we need you the players who are zedlings to come out and check us out, if you don't know how to get there I am sure drsamsam or homi or memory or aravero can show you the way.

I Will post updates when I can and hopefully a video or pictures on how to get to duckvillia so all those interested can enjoy the town.
