Reward for a new skin!

I am putting this up....I dislike my skin. I have searched other skins, test drove them and remain unsatisfied with them. For anyone willing to create a skin for me, I will reward them. 32 Emeralds as a base if I use the skin. And extra emeralds/diamonds for my increased happiness.

*what I am looking for in a skin*
-Pirate/sailor theme
-Needs a hat, but has to make sense without the hat on as well
-Captain...I am in charge, but not proper....try to capture it
-not a cartoon-y look to it too much

-Any solid entries I will reward with diamonds for submissions as well. NO time limit on this, but if I find one I would like to wear then the reward will be done.
