• Added pagination to list of ZestyGames, with handy spacing to avoid mis-clicks.
• Fix issue where a player with access to host too many ZestyGames Probably just Zedwick... would be kicked when trying to list them all

ZestyGames

• Broadcast a ZestyGame when a new round starts, inviting players to spectate (if supported).
• Do not display a ZestyGame in regular broadcasts if the server is full.
• Ensure compression is not applied between ZestyGames servers and the proxy (because there's no need to compress data sent to localhost)
• Introduce categories for hostable games; Click category names in hosting menu to see all games in that category.
• Introduced queueing for games. If a game is starting, join the queue and be sent to the game as soon as it is ready!
